Happy New Year!  Group of friends getting together to ring in 2026, was a great idea.  This property was the perfect place do this.  The staff was amazing, the food was great, every meal was something special.  The housekeeper always kept our rooms, the villa just perfect.  Alejandro, you are the BEST, thank you for always making sure I had a drink in my hand.  We can not wait to return.

Christmas in PV!!  We loved it, wanted to try something different for the holidays and this did not disappoint.  The whale watching was so cool right from the villa.  The staff was amazing with delicious food, drinks and taking such good care of us.  The evenings we wanted something relaxing offered the family room with movies and popcorn.  We just loved everything about the property but most of all we were together.  Thank you for making this holiday special for our family.

4th of July in Mexico!  We had our own celebration at this beautiful villa.  All the rooms are so comfortable and decorated with such pretty decor.  The meals were great and we loved to out door area for relaxing.  The pizza over with the highlight for us.  The staff took such great care of us.

Beautiful Villa!  This property has everything including the most amazing views!  Where ever you are standing at the villa just breathtaking views.  The staff was amazing from the time of arrival welcoming us with Margaritas and cool towels.  The food was delicious, especially the tacos, loved them.  I hope that we are able to return again soon.  Thank you all for a vacation to remember.

We are a group of tennis ladies that have have a 20 year friendship.  This villa was the perfect place to celebrate that friendship anniversary.  The staff was so sweet taking such great care of us with amazing meals and pampering us by the pool.  The villa was so clean and beautiful.  I loved the gym with amazing view of the ocean while working out.  Can not wait to return again soon.

WOW, not sure what else to say!  From the time we arrived ever detail was taken care of.  There was always a drink in hand, food ready not to mention delicious.  The rooms were always very clean and the staff was just incredible.  We have never felt so relaxed on a vacation.  We had planned a view day trips and ended up canceling them, best decision we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We had a fabulous time staying at Casa San Sebastian. Everything was perfect from dealing with Michelle, to the beautiful villa, to the wonderful staff, they couldn’t do enough for us. Fabulous chef, his food was awesome. The housekeeper kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. All of the beds were very comfortable. It is very easy to hop on the bus for 10 pesos and go into Puerto Vallarta, there are also cabs everywhere. We saw many whales and dolphins from our balcony, the view is breathtaking.

We had an amazing time. This was our first family vacation since the birth of our grandson. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, The housekeeper kept the place immaculate and the chef prepared some of the best meals we’ve ever had. What a paradise we have experienced after the past week!  This home is gorgeous and very comfortable.  It was the perfect place to spend time with family and friends and to refocus on all that is important.

While the Coronavirus spread panic throughout the US our family has enjoyed the most relaxing vacation of our lives.  This trip, this house, this place has brought us all together and helped us appreciate our lives on this wonderful place called Earth.

Edwardo & Alejandro have truly spolied us.  They add comfort and calm to this idyllic backdrop.  Lupita and Daniel have taken care of our needs and then some.  What sweet, wonderful people accompany this house.

We leave, knowing that we will come back.  We leave with gratitude.  We leave with a renewed sense of calm that will give us that extra strength we will need to go home and ride out the chaos at home. #coronastrong

We are the happiest we have been in a long time, as we have not felt so refreshed mentally! This place is paradise. Alejandro and Edwardo were amazing as well as the rest of the staff. There are no words to discribe the views, they are just breathtaking. We will be back and back again.

From the first moment we got there to the time we left, is was magical! Seeing it in pictures is nothing until you see it in real life. It’s incredible!
